Mathew Urrutia serves as Vice President of Sales at CS Group, where he leads a growing sales team and develops U.S. distribution for Citrus Springs Juices and Cool Attitudes Craft Mixers to Pepsi Foodservice.

A 25-year beverage industry veteran, Mathew has held key leadership roles at Red Bull, Evian, and Pabst Brewing. Since joining CS Group in 2017, Mat has played a critical role in elevating CS Group’s relationship with Pepsi Foodservice, most notably by leading the development of the South Division and developing the strong relationship between Pepsi and Cool Attitudes bar program.

Mat also leads a team of 5 Regional Sales Managers with positivity and hustle and also supports National account work, strategy & commercialization. His programs for training Pepsico sales reps on CS Group products have delivered measurable impact, driving incremental gallon growth.
 
Mat holds a B.A. in English and Business from Florida State University and finds his greatest joy in his work and his family.
