Milton Ramirez serves as Vice President of Restaurants at CS Group, where he is responsible for new business development and maintaining deep relationships with national restaurant partners. 

Milton joined CS Group in 2019 as Director of Restaurants and has since grown the West Region to lead the country in order volume. 

Milton's lifetime of hospitality experience started as a bar manager in his  family's restaurant, which allows him to connect authentically with operators across the country. Milton excels in bringing on new business in the Mexican restaurant segment and has helped increase volume at large chain restaurants to single location concepts thanks to CS Group's products and programs.

Known for leading with respect and building bridges across teams and cultures, Milton is a proud recipient of CS Group’s Ida A. Davis Award. He also holds an Associate Degree in International Law from Mexico's Universidad de Sonora. 

When he’s not on the road, he’s at home in Arizona enjoying time with his wife and daughter, or on the golf course.
