Melanie Stocking leads CS Group’s People Team as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of hiring, culture, compliance, and organizational strategy. 

Melanie joined CS Group in 2019 as the HR Manager, and has since helped scale the company through a period of rapid growth (nearly 300%) while building frameworks to develop long-term growth & retention of employees across all departments.

With over 25 years of HR and business experience and a B.A. from Fontbonne University, Melanie is guided by the value of positivity. By investing in our people through training, mentorship, and targeted development plans, Melanie has helped CS Group empower employees and leaders alike to grow alongside the company.

Melanie holds accreditations from HRCI and AAIM. She’s also a former professional choreographer and dancer.
