As Vice President of Supply, Bret Augustus brings more than a decade of hands-on engineering and operational leadership to CS Group’s manufacturing and logistics departments. 

Bret joined CS Group in 2012 after a 25-year career spent at Vi-Jon Labs and Senoret Chemical. Since joining CS Group, Bret has designed and built the systems behind CS Group’s proprietary bag-in-box filling lines and was instrumental in constructing the company’s full-scale production facility to run all our products in house.

Bret started with just two shipping employees and has since led exponential growth across production and logistics. He's the architect behind many of CS Group’s most important innovations and his leadership is the reason CS Group always fulfills on-time and in-full. 

With a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Fontbonne University, Bret  believes that you can achieve any goal by using the resources you have and applying yourself. Outside the plant, Bret lives on a farm with his many animals.
