Andrew Granda is Vice President of R&D and Quality at CS Group, where he leads product development, quality assurance, and innovation strategy across the company’s beverage portfolio. 

Andrew joined CS Group in 2021, after spending over 2 decades at Flavor House and Dr. Pepper. Andrew has played a critical role in accelerating the company’s new product pipeline, overseeing the successful development of more than 100 SKUs. 

By leading research and development efforts to create new products and enhance existing ones, Andrew ensures CS Group stays ahead of market trends and meets evolving customer needs. He also oversees the quality department, ensuring that facilities meet an Excellent Standard of SQF certification year-in and year-out.

Andrew holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Saint Louis University and is also a certified member of the Society of Flavor Chemists. Andrew is guided by the principle of delivering consistent, high-quality products that customers love. Outside of the lab, Andrew is a proud father of four daughters.
